New Workshops - Coming Soon
Our Female Athlete Wellness workshops cut through the noise and tackle the real issues affecting female athletes—body, mind and performance.
Led by expert sports scientist Velvet Klass, these sessions dive into the crucial topics that have been overlooked for too long.
From understanding the impact of your menstrual cycle on performance to challenging body image stereotypes and creating inclusive team cultures, these workshops equip athletes, coaches and support staff with science-driven strategies that make a difference on and off the field.
This isn’t just education—it’s a game-changer.
