This workshop is all about creating an inclusive, supportive team culture in footy that celebrates diversity, promotes mental wellbeing and ensures every athlete feels a sense of belonging.

Led by Velvet, an advocate for creating safe, inclusive spaces in sport, this session will provide coaches, players and support staff with practical strategies to foster an environment where everyone thrives.

Velvet’s extensive experience will guide you through the key steps in developing your team culture. From embracing cultural and gender diversity to addressing biases and supporting athlete mental health.

Learn how to strengthen team dynamics, ensure inclusivity in coaching and build resilience against discrimination.
