Caitlyn Judd is a dedicated nutrition professional on a mission to help female athletes perform stronger, recover smarter and feel empowered in every aspect of their game. 

Holding a Bachelor of Nutrition from the University of the Sunshine Coast and currently preparing for her upcoming Master of Dietetics (Sports Nutrition), she combines evidence-based practice with real-world experience and a genuine passion for athlete health.

With a background in elite sporting environments, Caitlyn has delivered workshops and developed practical resources that cut through the noise, offering clear and relatable strategies for fueling, recovering and general wellbeing.

Her approach bridges the gap between theory and practice, helping athletes make the move from asking “What should I eat?” to confidently implementing strategies that allow them to plan, fuel and perform with purpose.
