Starting out as a fresh-faced AFL SportsReady Trainee at the Melbourne Football Club, Caity quickly learned the ropes of the fast-paced world of AFL and how to hustle her way to success.

After nearly five years at the club, she traded in her footy boots for a new challenge at Hawthorn Football Club, eager to keep pushing boundaries and expand her horizons.

Several years spent tackling high-stakes footy culture, Caity felt the call to explore life beyond the boundary lines and swapped stadiums for sun-soaked beaches, joining Bondi Sands, the iconic Aussie brand known for its glow (both in products and people).

Now a seasoned HR professional, Caity is all about creating high-performing teams, developing organisational capability and helping young people define their path and chase their dreams.
Whether it's guiding someone through career decisions, building a culture of growth, driving business outcomes, or just having a good chat. Caity is all about supporting others to be the best version of themselves.
When she’s not busy helping people and businesses reach their goals, you’ll find her with her feet up (probably in the sun) or cheering on her favourite team—because once a footy fan, always a footy fan! - Right!
